He will be making more of these and the series should give you some ideas for getting down to the club and getting some practice in during this period where you cannot play squash.
Forehand Drives 6minutes
Forehand Drop shots 3minutes
Back court V Ghosting 3minutes
Repeat on Backhand side with V Ghosting at front of court
Finish with corner boasting or “figure of eight” 2-3minutes
You can vary the times and intensity of each exercise to suite your fitness and ability.
